I kicked off my search for a new mattress about a month before the lockdown hit, and let me tell you, it was a struggle to find one since then. After chatting with Adam over the phone, I met Toby at their showroom, and I was really struck by how knowledgeable and professional they were, plus the variety of mattresses they had. What began as a super stressful journey turned into me getting an incredible new bed that felt fantastic from the very first night. Back in 2019, we bought an Auping Royal from Toby and his crew at Rested. For the last three years, this bed has worked just as we wanted, with no issues and the mattresses still in great shape; we’re really pleased with the whole experience. The customer service was top-notch, offering excellent advice on bed linen and mattresses (my wife and I have pretty different preferences, but we’re both satisfied), plus the delivery and setup were a breeze. Even after the purchase, their customer care has been impressive (we recently had to find some replacement mattress grippers).

Toby and Adam, along with their business Rested, make a fantastic team. The service they provide and the quality of Auping beds are truly among the best investments we've ever made (and trust me, at 76, we've made a few). It’s really transformed our lives! Our back pain has nearly vanished, and reading in bed is now a delightful experience. We wholeheartedly recommend them and their beds, no doubt about it.

Fantastic service from Rested! I got top-notch guidance on picking out an Auping mattress to swap out the one I had purchased in Belgium for my Auping bed. It arrived earlier than expected at my place in Poole, set up in my bedroom on the top floor of my townhouse, and they even took the old mattress away. I'm super happy with my new mattress and will surely go with Rested again.

Amazing customer support. I purchased my AUPING bed before RESTED took over the concession, and ever since, they've been there for all my after-service needs with kindness, respect, and great efficiency. If I ever decide to get another bed, RESTED would be my go-to, though that’s probably not gonna happen since... my AUPING bed is just fantastic, and RESTED has only made it better. We purchased a super long Auping bed from rested.com. Locating the extended size in the UK had proven tricky, but these folks made it a breeze. We're really pleased with the service we got. For 26 years, I've been snoozing on a Royal Auping bed, using their mattresses and sheets, and honestly, I wouldn't think about switching to another brand. Since we spend a huge chunk of our lives in bed, it’s only logical to invest in the best you can get, and Royal Auping never fails to impress.

They really had it all: a nice showroom, genuine guidance, items that were outside the usual (over-stuffed) standard, know-how to help pick the right product, and even the chance to test it out with a sleepover. We made the trip from Yorkshire, and in the end, we ended up purchasing 2 double beds.
